Unable to submit the form and hangs at Please wait

For the past 2 weeks, over 50% of the time the smooth signature does not allow us to write in the signature box and the other 50% of the time when we hit the submit button and the submit button then hangs at "please wait...." and the form does not email. We have tried using chrome and microsoft browsers and desktop and tablets and the same problems exists. It does this on all of our forms, I copied a link to one form in your box below.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. Unfortunately, we have experienced some glitch with the widgets recently and the issue should be now resolved. I have tried submitting your JotForm now and the Thank you message is displayed without any issue.

Can you try a different method of embedding such as using the embed form (https://wordpress.org/plugins/embed-form/) or iframe? I'm suspecting that the oembed is the cause of the issue.
