    Do you have phone support?

Do you host the forms if we don't want to put on our site?

Eager to hear back from you.

Unfortunately, we are not offering telephone support at the moment. This support forum is our primary support and your questions shall be answered in a timely manner.

Please be noted that it is not required to embed the forms on your web page. You can also access the forms using the direct link provided from the publish wizard.

It is easy to design forms using JotForm. You can just drag and drop the required fields in the form builder to create a form. Please go through the guide below that provides you with more information about creating an effective JotForm.

You may apply a theme to the form that you have built from the theme-store. You may also design your own theme from the form designer. Please refer to the guide below provided with basic video tutorials that can help you with working with Form Designer.
