Could you show me how to create a form similar to the Purchase Order widget, but with individual order fields and the total?

    I am using Purchase Order widget and need to get a report showing the total for each ordered item from all submissions over the period of time. I understand this cannot be done now (and would be very nice to have!), and the only solution is to create individual fields for each product and then include the calculated total later on the form.

    I have several challenges with this. I would like to show the price for each product, this field should be used in the calculation but cannot be modifiable by the users of the form.

    I would like to be able to have an image of the product next (left) to the description, and then the price and the number of pieces ordered - I just cannot make them all aligned properly...

    And the Total should take the price of each product into account.

    Please help! Just show me how to do it with one or two fields.

    And even better - please submit the request to the development to have a separate column on the reports for each product in Purchase Order widget - a column can be empty if the product is not ordered.

    Purchase order widget is the coolest thing I have seen, and it can be much more powerful.

    - I have used images set to 75x75 size and shrink option applied to the field.

    - Drop down for product name and quantity. The same shrink option was applied to the drop down.

    This has been already escalated to our developers, but unfortunately, we do not have a ETA for when it can be implemented.
