I apologize for the lack of detail. It must have been deleted before I submitted the question.
My question is this, can jotform be used for group registration? I am looking for a solution that would allow me to easily take group registrations and then import results in an Access Database. Do you have an example?

What do you mean by group? Is it multiple people submitting the form at the same time or it is allowing a user to dynamically submit a data in the form?
Our form is capable of handling multiple submissions at the same so we don't have any issues with that. But you have to consider your account limits. Free account is limited to 100 submissions per month. You may consider upgrading if you need more.
For allowing user to dynamically enter data, you can use the following widgets:
https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/configurable_list
https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/infinite_list
https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/dynamic_textbox
https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/matrix_dynamique
https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/field_multiplier
https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/add_options
Here's our guide on how to add a widget in the form: https://www.jotform.com/help/252-How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-your-Form.
I hope that answers your question.
