Trying to upgrade my account but it isn't working

    Need to update to the $19/month plan, but when I do it I get the message saying my request is being worked on, but then nothing happens after 5, 10, 45 minutes.  Please help.

    I see you already had a Storage yearly subscription which I just cancelled

    You should get a refund for about ($83.34 USD) , your account is now in the Bronze plan ($19.00 a month)
