Since this is a public support forum, most of the issues are already addressed and many users search for the solution in the forum. If the thread is marked as private, the thread can only be viewed by the user and our support staff. However, if there is any sensitive information such as email address, billing related information has to be shared on the thread, users can mark the thread as private. If the users do not mark such threads as private, we mark them as private to protect our user's privacy.
