I am trying to add sub-users but the message I am receiving say Bad request error

    I am trying to add sub-users to registration311 but the message I am receiving say “Bad request (/user-subusers) - Sub user limit exceeded”. How do I solve this?
    Please note I am trying to add subusers that were on PerfectingFaithNy

    The account/username  registration311 can have up to 10 sub-users. I checked this on the account and I see that there were only 4 sub users added so far. So 6 more can be added.

    I test adding a sub user and it was good. I did not encounter the issue you mentioned.
