The "Notification Email" sender email address display our email address. not sender address.

When I got the "Notification Email".  

The Sender email address name is the sender name.

But the email address display our email address. 

How to display the Sender email address on it?

I see that you are referring to the test email notification that you sent. The sender email displayed is noreply@jotform.com.

I understand that you want the email to come from foods@chinyeh.com.tw

Please note that Test Emails will always be sent from noreply@jotform.com. To properly test and display your email address as the sender email, you will have to make an actual submission to your form. Fill in your form and submit, and the notification that you will receive should have your email address as the sender email.
