Email not being sent to my email address when someone completes the form.

    Also, the same form is NOT being forwarded to my email when someone completes the form. As a result I missed a couple of very important business leads because i didn't know they had filled out my Jotform form.

    I checked our mail logs and it looks like the email notifications are being sent successfully to your email address.

    Please check your spambox to see if the emails are sent there. Also please make sure that is in your trusted senders list.

    You may also contact your email service provider and ask them to add jotform's addresses to their whitelist to make sure that they are not blocking the emails on their end. Here's the list: Whitelisting JotMails IP Addresses
