Error in submission using Narrative fields widget.

Hi Team,

I am using Narrative Fields widget in my form. While submitting my entry, I am getting different output. irrespective of whatever I am providing the input. Can somebody look into this issue and provide me the solution regarding the same.

I cloned your form and sent several submissions there. I can't seem to replicate the issue on the cloned form. So far during my tests, the Narrative Fields widget shows the correct output in the submissions.

Can you please try updating your widgets on your form to see if that resolves the issue on your end?

I would also suggest clearing the form cache and your browser cache to refresh the form.

If the issue still persists, please let us know.
