Automatic calculation of 3 slider subtotals at the end of form

I have a form using three different sliders to calculate (subtotal) costs for leader training, extension and conservation of clubs. At the  end of the form I would like to have grand sum of these three categories automatically calculated without the user having to reenter data. I have tried using the form calculator but it does not seem to work. The area I am talking about is at the end of the form page 31

You can use a calculation widget to calculate the total of the three widgets. 

Please see the calculated result on the calculation field.

The result of Cost Division is not being displayed on the widget since there is #4 in the calculation of the widget.

Please remove #4 from the formula since we have only 3 values in the widget and it should be working fine.
