I can't enable my form

Yesterday I disabled my form to make some adjustments. I have been trying to enable it again and have not been able to do so since yesterday. Every time I click enable I see a pop up that says "working", however nothing happens after that. The "wheel" just keeps spinning.

    Can someone help me?

    Hello,

I've checked your account and as you can see the screenshot below, seems that you've reached your form limits.

You need to delete one of your existing forms or upgrade to increase your form limits.

You can learn about pricing here.

    Thanks.

My forms were shared. Is there a way to move these form templates under my own account? I only have 3 forms total. I believe the person with whom I have shared the form may have reached their max so it is also impacting my account as well?

I can't loose the content that currently resides in the shared forms. We are still collecting data.

Once a form is disabled in an account that is over its form creation limits, the form cannot be enabled once again unless the account is back below the limits.  We can move the form from their account to yours, however, the request would need to come from the account that has the forms.

If the account holder that has your forms wouldn't mind making a request letting us know they would like your 3 forms moved from their account to yours, we will be happy to move them.  Make sure they let us know the specific forms to be moved and your username as the account to move them to.
