we actually have a problem with the delivery of the E-Mails. I already found the problem but i don't know how to solve it. The "From" box is sometimes not filled with an E-Mail address.
Hopefully you can help me with this problem.

I checked your form and there is not currently an email notification set up for your form, only an autoresponder:
This will send an email to the address entered in the form, but will not trigger an email to your address each time the form is submitted.
The sender email does look to be set correctly to "email@example.com". If further emails come through with a blank sender, let us know and we will be happy to have another look. The setup of your autoresponder does look to be correct.

It is setup correctly. Only the person who is filling the form should get the E-Mail. Sometimes it is working correclty but i can't figure out, why this is randomly not working. Maybe you can help me to sovle this problem.
I also checked your autoresponder mail settings. As my colleague mentioned, there is no problem at your settings.
E-mail address of your user may block JotForm e-mails. Therefore, please check your spam or junk folders. Now, I want to try a submission to your Reiseantrag form. Can I submit a form?

Sorry for this, I have checked your autoresponder, and it looks to be correctly set up. However, your form email history does indeed show that Sender Email (address inside the "from" field) is empty sometimes:
Can you please try using our firstname.lastname@example.org Sender Email option, and see if that one works without issues. The following guide provides some more details about sender email settings:
