Our current pricing structure is different. You have a grandfathered pricing plan, that's why it is not longer available.
On regards of the forms limit, all new accounts have this limit:
On regards of grandfathered accounts, we haven't received any official statement yet. I have forwarded this inquiry to our higher ups to get more accurate information.
