Dear Madam or Sir,
Apparently somebody use a key-logger to steal our jot-form password.
I am talking about the account.
We have lost access to that account.
I sent you the question yesterday in private, but did not yet receice an answer.
As we are talking about donor data, we are highly concerned and would appreciate if you could contact us.
I seek to keep the identity of our organisation private in order to minimise harm both for donors, for us, and for jot form. Please understand that we are unhappy with your response time in this matter.

I would suggest you to change the Password of your account. If you are unable to login to your account, please click on the "Forgot Password" link, and an email with instruction to reset your password will be sent to your registered email address.
Also please let us know, your username or Form ID, so we can do further investigation and can check exactly what is the issue in your account.
I have also checked your email address on our Forum, but I am not able to see any other question or thread posted by this email address. We are here 24/7 on Support forum, and always try our best to reply as soon as possible.
