I would like to embed a form when sending email.

I would like to have a form embedded (not a link) on an email with a signature box so the receiver can sign that they have read it and it would be mailed back to me.

Alternatively, I would like a form embedded to my email auto reply so the receiver can sign is when received.

Can you please send instructions for this? Thanks.

    Hello cultad,

Unfortunately it is not possible to achieve this. We actually do not recommend to embed form in emails. Please note that most of the email clients are very limited in supporting HTML & Scripts. That means embedding your form in email will most probably not work/display correctly on user's email client.

The best way possible is to embed your form's direct URL in email. If you want users to add signature in same form submission which they have submitted, you should add {edit_link} in your form's email template. The following guide should help you how to allow users to edit their submission:  https://www.jotform.com/help/40-How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!
