how can I add an extra set of fields to my form

hello , i have been so busy with photographing events and have no time to finish this up. i want someone to add another category that says just ....OTHER EVENT AND THEN I guess i can add the fields or how ever you guys set it up for me last time. if i have to pay i don't mind. and then do i need to subscribe to get this going and send out to clients?

please let me know what i need to do, kindly thank you!

If you need to add another similar section of fields, the easiest way to do so would be to use the manage multiple fields function and copy one of your already set up sets of fields:

Then, update the labels for new set of fields to reflect the new event. 

You do not need to subscribe to allow for submissions to your forms.  Provide your clients with the URL of your form and they can fill it out directly:

thank you, i did it  but know my friend is trying to fill out form after i sent her the link to test it and she's been trying for 10 minutes and gives her constant errors she said and cannot send

Since the fields in each form collapsed section are set to required, every section would need to be filled out in order to submit the form.  Setting your fields to not be required would allow for filling out only the section that they would like to. 

If the required field error are not the errors you are referring to, let us know what error they are receiving and we will be happy to have another look.
