When I download the data from our user information the zip downloads, but there is nothing within the file. Can you please help me obtain this information?

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
I did try to download the "Export Data" zip file and I am able to replicate the issue you are having. The downloaded zip file seems to be empty.
I am reporting it to our backend team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update form them.

I downloaded your data from October 06, 2016 and could see the contents in the extracted .zip file. It seems like your issue has been resolved.
Kindly check again. Please let us know if you encounter any problem.
