form works on desktop but on mobile it only highlights a seletion and wont select it. You cant select more than one obviously because you cant even select one.

The selection works fine on my Android phone using Google Chrome browser, but apparently there might be issues with other devices and/or browsers. What mobile device, operating system and browser do you use?

using apple with safari. I feel like it worked before because I tested it.  You have to hit the selection twice and customers are saying it is not working.

Hello, although I don't have a physical iOS device to test this with, I tried with an emulator and found no issues selecting items on your widget.

As requested by my colleague, Mike, give us more info so we can have it tested with the actual device you're using. As of now, all we know is that you're using an Apple device and checking it on Safari.

Kindly reply to us with a more detailed info like, "I'm using an iPhone 6S running iOS 10. Safari version is..."

Hoping to hear from you soon.

Using Iphone 6s+ running ios 10.0.2  Safari and chrome both dont work. Again, you have to double click each selection.  On desktop if you hover over it has a faded checkmark.  That is what is it doing on the phone when you click.  It just is a faded hover over effect and not truly selecting. Then you have to hit it again to work..  Tested on android and it works normal. Tested on iphone 4 version 8 and it works fine.  So something with the new IOS maybe?

I am actually noticing the opposite effect.  Selections can be made with single tap, however, the hover affect remains after removing the selection.

If another selection is made, the previous selection showing the hover affect is cleared.  It may be interpreting the first tap as a hover and the second as the actual selection.  If you hold the tap a bit longer, does it make the selection?  I am testing from an emulator so it is hard to tell exactly what the behavior is.  Selection do look like they can still be made.

yes on yours the hover affect remains and is not good.

On mine a single click creates the hover effect.  A second click is a selection.  People have to know to double click which is not intuitive so makes the widget not good.  Also on yours the hover effect staying after deselection is not good either.

    Can this be fixed?

Thanks for reporting. We have an existing bug ticket about the behavior of this widget on mobile.

I have also escalated your thread so you will be informed here once this is resolved.

We've released an update to fix the IOS10 interaction bug with the widget.

Could you check? You should be able to select items without incident.

Please check and let us know.

    Thanks!
