Authorize.net: How to have two payment type in the same form?

Can your service handle both Recurring and One-Time payments in a single
form with Authorize.net?

Unfortunately it is not possible to add more than one payment field to a form nor set up an integration with more than one payment type. 

If you want to have more than one payment type in your form you will need to create two different forms one for each payment type that you want to have, then you will have to embed these forms in a main form, please check this guide that will help you to do this: How-to-Create-a-Basic-Multiple-Payment-form
