Where is the data stored and for how long will it stay stored?

In regards to the data, where is it
stored and for how long will it stay stored? If we disable a form for
example, what happens to the data and where is it stored?

Please be noted that the data received through your forms will be stored in JotForm servers and can be accessed when you login to your account. The data is stored in your account till you delete the data manually. However, if you are having a Free subscription plan you can store only 500 total submissions and the oldest submission will be deleted when you receive a new submission after occupying the submissions storage page to 500. Please refer to our pricing page for the subscription plans available.

If the form is disabled, the submissions received for the for are still available and can be accessed from your account.
