"Submit" button not working on iPad

    I use JotForms for quite a few different websites and think they are great. One problem I have only just discovered though is that the "Submit" button does not work on the iPad/iPhone. Please take a look at my form at http://www.eikon360.co.uk/we-create-360-product-images.html and advise asap. Many thanks - Earl Smith

    I've just tested your form on iPad and iPhone and submit button seems to be working fine. Did this happen before or is it the first time?

    Ooh Hiya! To be honest I hadn't tested the submit button on an iPad-I was using a friends one and it wouldn't work. I've just asked him to try again and it still won't work-I've also just tried again on my iPhone 4s and that's still not woprking either. (My delay in replying was due to me thinking I'd get an email regarding this question-I know now to login !!)

    Hi,

    I see that one of your css is blocking the submit button. To fix it, simply open/edit your page we-create-360-product-images.html, find this css #apDiv5 and remove them, here's the codes that should be removed:

     

    #apDiv5 {

    position: absolute;

    width: 372px;

    height: 84px;

    z-index: 100;

    left: 87px;

    top: 452px;

    }

    If you don't like to remove this code, you can simply add display:none; inside { } this should also fixed it.

    I'm having this problem too but I'm not sure what you mean by your response above. Do I need to open a new web page or delete text from iPhone settings?
