How can I create a custom receipt?

hi there,
when you are creating an auto-response mail template or a custom "thank you" page, by the usage
of "form fields" tab, you can add the necessary html codes that will provide the user with the
information, upon submission of the form, such as which event they chose or the chosen date of the
event. here is a screenshot for guidance.

Just to add to the advice given by @sercanseco.
@npapadmin, I have checked your form and seems like you have already added the payment field in your email notification:
I have also cloned your form and submitted it on my end, I can see indeed the selection made in the payment field is being included in the email auto-responder, here is a screenshot about it:
I have also checked in the email log for your form and I can see the payment field is being included as well:
Please test your form and let us know if the payment field selection is not being included in the email, we will be glad to further help you.
