We are gold members and received a wrong notice that we had reached our max payments limit

    We are gold members and received notice that we had reached our max payments limit.  I can't get hold of anyone by phone and no emails are being responded to.  This is quite critical and as a business we are really questioning your integrity.  We have paid a lot for the service and now you are saying that our forms will be disabled?  What is going on?  I have posted privately without response, so now am posting publicly.

    It seems like you have reached your payments limit. Free accounts are limited to 10 payments / month. Your forms will be disabled on Friday at 12pm EST. Since we understand that it can be an inconvenience to have your forms stop working because you reached your payments limit, we'd like to remind you that you can upgrade and your forms will be running smoothly again.

    Please accept our apologies. It seems that the email was sent in error.

    As far as I can see, your account is not scheduled to downgrade, it is in a good standing. If you receive any more emails regarding the payment limit, please let us know so we will be able to escalate this to our developers.
