I just got a contract back & I had the paypal option attached. I got the contract back but no email from paypal saying there is money deposited like I usually get. It looks different on the email as well than normal. I deleted the option for a client that was last minute, figured I'd skip the retainer fee that one time. I added it back on & must have done something wrong. I filled out the form & can see the paypal option is still on there. Can you tell me if a payment was sent & if so where is it? The client's name is Jenny Norton.

You can view all the form submission data in the View Submission panel in your My Forms page.

I checked the submission from your form https://www.jotform.us/form/52956195471162 and from what I can see, it seems that Jenny Norton did not made any payment. So there was no payment transaction reflected on your paypal account.
