Jotform is not visible when Source Code embedded on page

i need to use the source code to track form submissions on a wordpress website

when i use the source code to embed on a page the jotform is not visible just blank space

when i use the simple embed code the form it is visible but not trackable 

please advise

As of writing this reply, I'm seeing you're using the default JS embed code and as you described, it worked fine.

Since there's no way for us to check right now how the Full Source code was embedded on your page, I cloned your form and embedded it using the Full Source code.

Here's my test page https://shots.jotform.com/jimr/~pages/953766.html The form showed up just fine and I wasn't able to replicate the issue.

If possible, try embedding the default Full Source code first without any modifications to see if that will help.

And if you have a staging/test environment where you can embed the form using the Full Source code, that will show the problem you're reporting, it will greatly help us in figuring out what's causing it.
