I am using a form that displays results on the same page (for use as an internal checkout system) and want a way for somebody to be able to edit a submission once the item is returned via a checkbox.
Is this possible?

I am looking for something more immediate/less steps involved, just a simple click.

If the method used to make your form is loosely based on this one (created by our colleague Neil and described in the thread How to display data on the same page as the form), the only method more immediate than that described at the link pinoytech has provided would be to include the edit link in the form's Thank You message.
