Hi - I'd like to modify the submit button so that upon submission its gets posted to another system (Pardot). Where can I access the submit button code?

Is this the software you're using http://www.pardot.com/?
If so, unfortunately we do not have a direct integration with Pardot by Salesforce, you can only integrate your form with Salesforce.
I found a third party app that integrates with JotForm and with Pardot as well, here is the link to Zapier the app that will help you to accomplish this: https://zapier.com/zapbook/jotform/pardot/
However, you may confirm us that this is the software that you're trying to integrate and you may also let us know if you would like to request a feature for this integration, we will be glad to proceed escalating this thread for you.

JotForm provides you with the full source code of the form from the Publish wizard. You may use this source code to integrate with your software. Please refer to the guide below that can help you with getting the source code of the form.

Hope this information helps!
