I am having a weird issue, all of a sudden jotform is not generating the emails that should be sent to my notification as well as the autoresponder emails on submission edit. This was working fine until today. Thoughts?
I have checked the email log of our system, and I am able to see, system successfully sent all the email notification to your email address "email@example.com". So probably those emails should be in the JUNK or SPAM folder of your mailbox.
I would suggest you to, please make sure you white-list our Jotmails ip addresses and domains. Or ask your email service provider to do it.

So I responded to the email but i'm also going to respond here. Its not an issue all around, it seems that the form isnt even generating the email or sending to certain notification emails. An example is "firstname.lastname@example.org". This was working on Tuesday and then randomly stopped. I have other people as well with the same issue. Some work and some don't. We have been using this for a few months now and this is the first time this problem arose.
I checked our email logs for email@example.com in your form and they have indeed been failing. It looks like your address was rejecting the emails as spam. When enough were rejected, it resulted in your address being placed on our bounce list to prevent further rejected emails.
I removed your address from the list and the notifications should attempt to send once again. For more information on how to prevent this from happening again in the future, please see the following guide:
