    Are you referring to your form 10.29.16 Masquerade Ball in your account? If so, I have tried submitting the form and have received the auto-responder without any issue.

    Were you able to fix the issue? Could you check the form once again and let us know if the issue still persists? We will be happy to assist you further.

    After reading through the instructions on auto responder, I figured out what I was doing wrong and am correcting on all my events. I’m glad to know that you received the auto-responder.
