Is JotForm in compliance with the ESIGN and UETA act?

In regards to your e-signature widget within JotForms, does JotForms comply with the definition of an electronic signature under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce (ESIGN) Act and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA)? I know that in order for the signature to be recognized and valid under U.S law that you’d need to be in compliance and follow the UETA and ESIGN Act.

    Thanks in advance!

I cannot find in our documentation that we are compliant with UETA and ESIGN Act; however, I can see the link you have shared is from DocuSign and we have already an integration with this third party service that you can find here: http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/docusign

Since the integration exists I think although JotForm is not compliant with UETA and ESIGN Act the integration is; however, I will also forward this thread to our second level so this can be properly addressed.
