I guess you know this anyway and are probably working on it but none of my forms are sending notification emails. They were fine y'day and I haven't made any changes. I use my 'own' SMTP credentials through Mandrill/Mailchimp and all is OK with my verified domains.
Your Twitter accounts don't report any issues so I'm getting a little concerned.
I include one of my forms urls in the dialogue box below but I have many.

The recipient emails aren't in bounce list. Have you checked your spam folder in your email accounts?
Also, you could check your logs on mandrill account to confirm if emails are being sent or not:
