Form View counts

Hi,  we are new to jotform and I have just upgraded to bronze and paid for a year up front.

    Our website is www.petersrailway.com

Please tell me:  I have two forms on the home page, for newsletter and a download.  When the home page is visited, does this count as two form view counts or one?

We are not a large outfit and only sell modestly priced children's books, so if we are being counted at two forms per home page view, I think that perhaps this is going to make JotFrom too expensive.

    Thank you

    Chris Vine.

    Hi Chris,

Your total form view limit is for the whole account, regardless of the number of forms you have. The form view will count as long as the form is viewed. The count happens whenever a form is loaded, in your case, if two forms are placed on the same page, then two form views will be counted whenever that page is loaded.

You are in Bronze plan, you are allowed to have 10,000 form views, I am not sure how much traffic your homepage is getting, but I'm checking your account and you currently have 1,590 views already, I presume 10,000 form view limit is already enough. Please note that this limit is monthly, it resets every 1st day of the month.

To learn more about this limit, please check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/355-Form-View-Limits-What-is-it-all-about

    I hope that helps.
