Received duplicated submissions

    It is possible for the user to submit multiple orders. However, you can prevent this by adding a captcha field to your form. Here's a guide:

    If you still getting duplicate orders after adding captcha to your form, let us know. So, we can investigate it further.

    Hi - thanks for the info. I didn't realize I was posting as my inquiry was intended to be a search phrase. This is helpful as I have a customer who claims to have received 2 duplicate entries (one was 15 minutes after the first submission, and the other was a couple of hours after that). We use JotForm for an order form, so we received 3 orders when there should have been 1. I was told that it was a system issue (and not a user issue) but I have no way to confirm. The captcha field may be a good solution, though it could be perceived negatively by some users.
