Thank you message contains a text that is not something I added

2. There is a "Thank-you" text that is NOT something I added to my form. In fact, it's someone else's text entirely. When I complete a test form, I get a thank you. But if I look in the form itself, I see this text that is not mine. Please advise asap.

If you have cloned this form then that is the reason. The message is customized in the original form. You can edit that message(s) by simply clicking on the Thank You button in the form builder:
