Is there a way to send a filled out form to multiple emails contained within the form?

    Hi,

    One of my clients would like to make it possible to send a filled out form to multiple people that were included in the form questions. The forms are for brides and mothers-to-be and allows them to fill out a set of questions concerning a bridal shower, baby shower or bachelorette party that is then sent to their hostess to help them plan for the party based on the bride's/mother's answers.

    Example:

    A bride fills out a bridal shower form, puts in one to two hostess' names and emails under one of the questions in the form: "What is your hostess name and email address?" "What is your second's hostess name and email address?"

    The form then needs to be sent over to these hostess' email addresses providing them with the brides answers.

    Hopefully this makes since! I would just like to know if this is possible. Right now we have it setup to where the forms go straight to my client and then she manually sends them to the hostess' email addresses.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    As to your inquiry... yes it is very much possible using our form. You can review the user guide below on how you can send email to different Recipient E-mail base on an answer or rules on the form.

    Hello Megan,

    All subscriptions are have the same features. A free user will be able to create such form, what a paid subscriber can. The only difference between the free and the paid are the submissions limits. You can refer to this pricing page for the difference in the limits: https://www.jotform.com/pricing
