Hi!
We are creating a form, but would like individual links to pre-populate a mandatory field when they are clicked. For example, if someone clicks our link from a specific farmers market we attend, we'd like it to fill that in so we know where the lead generated.
And then, is there an easy way to run the data so that we can categorize the lead information easily by the field data?
Is that possible?
Thank you so much!

Hi there,
You can use PrePopulate Fields app for this. You can generate differently populated URL's easily with this application. (Don't forget to make your links "secure" since there are no limitations)
As for your second question, you can filter the lead data by searching means, then export this selected data as shown in the screen capture:
Hope this helps.

@rockinhealthcoach,
As I can understand you want to pass the data in custom links, following the guide given above by @sercanseco will help you to do that.
Here is a sample link that you may use to pre-populate simple data:
This is a sample form and it shows in red color the variables in your form and in green color are the variables that you will pass.
Regarding to your second question I would also suggest you to check the guide below that will provide you more details about our reports where you may find one of them that will help you to achieve what you want: https://www.jotform.com/help/326-How-To-Create-Form-Reports-in-JotForm
Please let us know if you have any question, we will be glad to help.
