Hi. I recently switched from typeform to jotform simply for the fact of the infusionsoft integration without requiring third-party plugins. It looks very promising but I wonder if it is at all possible to have jotform update a contact with the info from the form by linking such contact to a contactid as opposed to an email field?
I created a hidden field and have setup infusionsoft to generate a dynamic link which would pre-populate this field.
Do you have any ideas as to how (if at all possible) could I achieve this?

Hi,
Were you perhaps referring to using custom fields in your infusionsoft integration? You can use custom fields during the field mapping steps in the integration.
Check this guides.

Let us know if this is not what you were after and if you need further assistance.
Thanks.

Hi jonathan,
That's not what I'm looking for. I'm well aware of custom fields and how they could be updated. I need jotform to be able to identify the contact being updated by the contact's contactid and not by its email address.
Sadly, I don't think it's possible with jotform's infusionsoft integration…
Also, I could not open any of the links you posted…

Unfortunately, you are correct. It's not possible to link the source of the submission to the contact ID. Submissions and references for edits can only be by the email address.
Thanks.
