New Registration Form for MyDGS is reporting an over quota error. My account is supposed to be unlimited. What is going on with this? The form does not show up in the page where I have the code:

The reason why you can't access your form and have Form over qouta on your page because your account is already exceeded the monthly submission limits for a FREE account. All your forms will be temporarily disabled. I just want you to know that the Monthly reset of all submission on May 01, 2012. If you can't wait for the monthly reset, you're free to upgrade your account and choose any of our paid product.

We have never run into this issue before. Your service must have changed its terms without advising the users. A notification of changes or a notification indicating we are near our quota would have been much appreciated.

You have canceled your subscription on March 2010, and you have been using the Premium version without paying for it for the last two years. We were supposed to downgrade it on April 2010, but because of problem on our system back then, your account stayed Premium.
