Why is my jotform showing up on my computer but not on my iphone?

    Hi, someone was helping me earlier but I haven't heard back.  I have my jotform under "Order Now" on my Facebook page.  The tab appears on my computer but does not come up on my iphone.  I took the publishing step to activate that was shown on your website but the tab and form is not appearing on my iphone. I was wondering if there is a step that I am missing.

    Hi Laura,

    We are getting this error when viewing the facebook page you've shared.

    Can you please provide the right page or give us permission so we can view the page?

    By the way, as far as I know Facebook tabs are not mobile compatible. This isn't yet supported by Facebook. That's the reason why they don't appear on mobile. However, there's a workaround for that by using Custom Iframe Apps. Follow this guide https://www.jotform.com/help/82-Adding-a-form-to-Facebook-Custom-iFrame-App-. On the bottom section, you'll find a guide on how to get the tab URL that is for mobile and tablets.
