Hello, I am interested in using the $9.95 JotForm about 5 months a year since we are a seasonal swimming pool. I would like it if my data and forms remained in the system over the fall and winter so I could start up my membership again in the spring. Is that possible with your company?
Do you know what charges my user will incur if they pay via PayPal or Credit Card (avg purchase $400).

Thanks for your interest in our service. Yes, you can upgrade your account for a few months only then revert back to the basic (free) account. Just choose the monthly recurring plan, and then when you no longer need it just go to your Account Settings Page and press the Cancel button to downgrade your account.
i. if making payments via paypal
ii. if making payments via credit card on our 3rd party payment gateway, Plimus
After cancelling your subscription we would downgrade your subscription to free. You won't lose any forms once you have downgraded, you will only receive a lower capacity of submissions per month.
About paypal charges on your users, please you can contact the paypal support and your bank support desk.
