the problem is that when someone fills out the form i lose the old email and it is replaced with the new one. how do i keep every email i receive from form without losing them.

If I understand you correctly, the old email notification that you are receiving are being replaced by a new one when someone completed your form. Is that correct?
Normally, the notification email in your inbox will not be replaced. You should be receiving a new email message when someone completed your form.
Is it possible that it is being organized into 1 sender name/email category? For example, all email that is coming from "John Doe" will be in a specific category.
May I ask if you are using an email program like Outlook or are you using a web mail? Please provide a screenshot of the issue if possible.

- godsarmorAnswered on October 10, 2016 at 11:44 PMI have figured out how to see them through your web page where my form is so am ok for now. Also have just link a new email server to it so will see if that helps. Thanks for your response and will let you know if I have any future problems.
