I am using the Simple Event Registration template, but I do not have the option to delete any of the fields.Asked by ThuneeLeague on October 09, 2016 at 05:52 AM
I want to delete some of the fields in this form, e.g. Title, Company, Are you already a customer...but the delete button does not appear when I click on the field.
I have been playing around with adding other fields, adding text boxes etc. but there is no way for me to delete these fields and text boxes, or to edit them in any way once they have been saved.
Your help is greatly appreciated.
In Form builder, when you will click to the Field, you will get the red color "X" icon, at the right side of field. When you will click on that icon, the Form field will get deleted. Please check the below screenshot:
If you don't get that icon, in Form builder, please try to clear Browser's cache, and check it again.
If you have any query, or need further assistance, feel free to revert back.
Thanks for the reply, I cleared my cache and it seems to help.
But what about once I have added a text box or text area and later want to
How do I do that?
I just got into the edit mode of your form: http://www.jotformeu.com/form/62822008302343
And the icons shows up, so it is possible to delete any saved field in your form:
