    Hi

If I upgrade an account from 'free' to a paid account, and decide later to go back to free, can I do this? Is there a minimum period? thanks

    Hello.

Please read our Term of Use carefully before you upgrade your account to paid account.

In the first month, you could get a full refund if you decide to downgrade. Otherwise your account stays on paid account till the end of payment period.

If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to ask.

    Good Luck!

    Hi Seth

Thanks. I read the terms as you suggested and I gather that since the billing goes month to month, the term is one month. We have an organization that has a surge for about 4 months and I would like to upgrade for that period, then go back to the free account for the remainder of the year.

We are a not for profit, but don't have the resources to file for that status every year, it's very paper intensive, so we just live with it and therefor can't get your not for profit discount. This is sort of our fallback position.

    Hi
So I read the terms over as you suggested. It states that you are committed to the term, which is one month at a time.
Our club has a surge during four months of the year, so if I upgrade for the 4 month period then go back to the free account, I should be ok since the term is only month to month. Would that be correct?

Yes, this is correct. It should not be an issue to keep the paid subscription for several months and then downgrade back to the free plan.

However, please note that we have a submissions storage limit of 500 for free accounts. It means that the free account can store only 500 the most recent form entries.
