Is there any way to create a form in table format?

Asked by chilton1199 on April 28, 2012 at 09:56 AM

Is there any way to create a form in something like a table format with some formulae?

For example, I have a list of 10 different things each with different prices.  If the customer clicks three out of the ten could I set the form up to calculate a cost at the bottom?  Then a new box for the customer to enter the amount and make a payment.

or is this asking for just too much from JotForm and I need to be looking at other ways to do it?

The payment tools aside, there are really no tools in the form that does calculations of value... so, I think this was off already. BUT, if you combine the form with outside scripting using javascript or PHP using its source code embed, you can easily achieve this.

Hope this help you in ways. Thanks.
