a) If you have changed and saved the new recipient: https://www.jotform.com/help/41-How-to-Find-and-Change-the-Email-Address-Used-for-Notification-Email, and you are using the "Test Email" button:
That is the reason why you receive the notifications to the default email address saved in your account. In order to properly test the notification, you need to do a real submission. Click on Preview, then fill and submit the form.
b) If the problem is related to the new recipient email not being saved, please try clearing your browsers cache.

Thanks! Clearing my browse cache fixed it. Now the edits are saved.
