I have tried following the above procedure using both the Paypal, Paypal Express and Paypal Pro payment fields. None of those have the additional Gateway Settings collapse. What am I missing?

This is what my Payment wizard looks like when using standard PayPal Payment Field. They don't look anything alike.

What your showing is similar to what I get if I drop in a Square Payment Field.

Am I somehow not getting the proper payment field type, or are there different versions depending on Country (USA) or platform (mac/safari)?
