When I received the email form, there are some missing fields, it is showing in Jotform when I am viewing it, but not showing in my email. Do you know why? My subscription is up to 500 now, is this the reason? What happen if is exceed 500?

I checked the email and I can see the empty fields that you are referring to. The data appears empty in the email even though they have a value in the submissions page.
Can you please try deleting the current email notifications on your form and setup a new notification to see if this resolves the issue?

You should still receive submissions on your form if you reach the 500 total submission limit. However, please note that the oldest submissions will be automatically deleted to reduce the amount of total submissions and make room for the newest submissions. I would suggest upgrading to a higher plan if you want to keep all the previous submissions on your forms.
