I have been using Jotforms now about 2 wks. In the beginnin all worked fine, forms did come to my email address. But now last week I have been contacted by my clients that they have not heard from me even when they have sent me the filled form. I checked my email and i cound not find the form. In the form, all is ok and the email adress connected to SEND button is correct. I sent a test email from the form, which did not come through. Ialso filled out the form and sent it, i did not receive a confrimation email into my email.
I have tried to check myself if something is wrong but can not find anything. My email work otherwise normally and i have checked that the sent forms are not in the trash etc. Can you find out why the forms are not sent to me.
And how can i see the forms that have been sent to me, which I did not receive?7
SHould I make a new form or can you find out what is wrong with my form.

Firstly, I've checked your account and I've seen your email address email@example.com was in our bounce list as you can see the screenshot below:
I removed your email from our bounce list.
Secondly, as your email was in bounce list emails didn't send correctly as you can see in the screenshot below:
You can use your form normally now as I've fixed the issues that I mentioned above.
