How long does it take for a submission to reach me

Hi at all!

I'm in Germany and the completed forms take between 4-18 hours to reach me!!
How long need about you forms (start transmission time to arrival)?

The submissions happen instantly when your users click on the Submit button of your form, and you can view your submissions at any time by following this guide:

When you are mentioning delays in reaching you, are you possibly referring to delays regarding email notifications? ( https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications )

If you are having troubles with your emails, I see that the registered email address of your account is unsubscribed from our emails. It seems that at one time, you have clicked on one of the "unsubscribe" links at the bottom of the emails our system was sending to your registered address.

If you are having troubles receiving emails on some other particular email address, or if you'd like us to remove your registered email from our unsubscribe list, please let us know which email address it is about and we'll be glad to check it out further.
